Carolina Acreage is a partnership formed by three real estate professionals and colleagues, Brian P. Quinn, Pete Frandano, and Pam Hayes, for the purpose of pooling  combined years of local real estate knowledge and experience in order to better serve our clients in land sales, acquisition and development.  We currently operate in southeastern North Carolina, concentrating on Brunswick, New Hanover, Columbus and Pender Counties, and in Horry County, South Carolina.   

At Carolina Acreage, our goal is to provide each client with superior service and representation through all stages of a transaction.  We are actively engaged in every step of your project, seeing each transaction through every stage of the process to successful completion.  We work as a team, constantly comparing notes and information so that we stay up to date on current offerings and projects.  Our core operating principles revolve around conducting business with integrity and professionalism.

Pam Hayes

Pam brings extensive local knowledge and experience in land acquisition and subdivision sales and marketing. She is a member of Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and has earned the designation of Accredited Land Consultant. Pam has been a Brunswick County resident and active member of the community for twenty years, and completed the “Leadership Brunswick County” program in 2005. She maintains an active network of business and local government contacts.

Pete Frandano, CCIM

Pete Frandano came from industry and has a management background in the Fortune 500 arena where he developed a global network in the real estate and capital market industries. Pete focuses on commercial and investment real estate with an emphasis in land tract acquisition. Pete is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which is the highest regarded designation in the field of commercial real estate. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. A principal of Southport Realty, Inc., Pete serves on the  Board of Directors for the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, is a member of the Board's Legislative Committee. He is the 2009 Vice President Elect for the Brunswick County Association of Realtors and will serve as a State Director for the North Carolina Association of Realtors in 2009. Pete lives in Southport with his wife and two boys and is actively involved in community activities.

Brian P. Quinn

As a Land Specialist in Brunswick County, North Carolina for over 20 years, Brian has been involved in all phases of Real Estate Development, Marketing, Brokerage and Investment. He has enabled clients to be actively involved in the area’s phenomenal growth and prosperity. He served as Vice President of the South Brunswick Home Builders Association while operating a successful Custom Home Building company. The accumulation of his extensive knowledge and experience makes him well suited to understand the requirements needed of a Developer in both residential and commercial markets, from site selection to the finished product. Brian is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and has earned the designation of Accredited Land Consultant. He lives in Brunswick County with his wife and daughter and is actively involved in the community.
